Do you have experience in leading and distributing work in construction projects? We are now looking for skilled site managers to join our growing team.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site. An arrangement where you invoice from your own company is also possible.

The Assignment

In the role of site manager, you will lead, plan, and manage the daily production in various new construction or renovation projects. You are responsible for adhering to the established frameworks regarding economy, quality, delivery time, and resource planning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in new construction and/or renovation projects within housing and/or residential buildings. You have post-secondary education or equivalent experience in construction and previous experience in leading work in various contracts. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a site manager role is desirable.

You are confident in your role as a leader and work with inclusive leadership where delegation and personal responsibility are important cornerstones.

You should have good computer skills and be familiar with the most common digital tools available on the market.
